So now we gather again. Right? Re-entry to post-Covid (is it Post-Covid?) is tricky since some of us are enjoying the release of pressure to socialize, dine in big groups, make small talk about silly things, and most of all, figure out what to wear. But I'm in for brunch. Brunch doesn't bring pretense. Brunch doesn't judge when we show up less than our best. And... eggs. Any way. Then again, maybe it's the eggs... There were a few times when we were back home to visit our parents after college, having been out seeing old friends. We'd roll in with a loud gaggle of buddies, and my dad would make the best egg sandwiches at 1am. That's what brunch feels like: being taken care of, surrounded by your people, and served eggs.
We like a comfort and class for brunch, soooo... from top left... the Burke Dress is ideal because comfort duh; Cora Dress in tonal mermaid print with the blush Alyster Blouse (shown here on Jillian brunch at The Breakers in Palm Beach); the Hollis Blazer is instant style over your ripped jeans and tee from last night; bottom right is the Maude Crop Top in Squiggle Print with the Lotte Skirt for a more urban look; Rhys Tank in color surf matches almost everything; and finally bottom left, the Eliot Dress in Citron if you're feeling a little more put-together!
